Shipping Policy
We do our utmost to make sure the products are delivered at the delivery address you provided with your order and within the delivery period specified by us. The standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days (Saturday, Sunday and holidays not included), starting on the day when you have passed your order and at the time we receive your payment, unless otherwise indicated.
If your order cannot be delivered on time, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are not liable for any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense arising out of late delivery, to the extent permitted by law. Counter Systema is not responsible for orders that are lost by others, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
On delivery, you may be asked to sign a receipt. In signing this certificate, you confirm that you have checked the order completely for damage. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address provided by you or if you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery service off choice takes further contact with you. The delivery service of choice may also deliver your order at the neighbors, unless specified otherwise in your address.
If an order is not delivered within the specified delivery time, an investigation is started with delivery service. This may take several days and a refund or replacement shipment can only be executed after this investigation.
Delivery to other countries can sometimes entail higher shipping. In these cases, Counter Systema will contact you to reach an agreement. We reserve the right to change the amount of the shipping costs at any time, but will always inform you whether you agree to this.
